1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

RISEONBRIDGE provides Flash USDT — a simulated cryptocurrency token that operates on blockchain networks. Key characteristics include:

• Flash USDT can be transferred wallet-to-wallet for a maximum of 60 transfers.
• Flash USDT expires automatically within 140 to 160 days from the date of issuance.
• Flash USDT is delivered to your provided wallet address within 10–30 minutes of payment confirmation.
• We support BSC (BEP20), ETH (ERC20), TRX (TRC20), and SOL (SOLANA) networks.
• Zero transaction fees are charged on any Flash USDT order.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

4. Payment & Order Policy

• The minimum purchase amount is 20 USDT.
• Current promotional rate: 1 USDT = 10 Flash USDT (subject to change after promo period ends).
• Standard rate after promo: 1 USDT = 5 Flash USDT.
• Payments must be sent to the correct wallet address for the selected network.
• You must submit your transaction hash (TXID) and receiver wallet address for verification.
• Orders are processed after manual verification by our team, typically within 10–30 minutes.
• If you send USDT to a wrong wallet address due to our error, contact support within 30 minutes for a refund.
• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use RISEONBRIDGE for any of the following:

• Any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or offers.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions.
• Reselling Flash USDT as genuine USDT or misrepresenting its nature to third parties.
• Any use that could harm the reputation or operations of RISEONBRIDGE.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the RISEONBRIDGE platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of RISEONBRIDGE and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any loss of Flash USDT due to blockchain network issues.
• We are not responsible for third-party wallet compatibility issues.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Users must understand that they are using this platform at their own risk. The company is not liable for any transaction failures, lost funds, or non-delivery of Flashes caused by system glitches, software bugs, network congestion, or technical maintenance issues.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under these conditions:

• If the error was caused by RISEONBRIDGE (e.g., wrong wallet sent by us), a full refund will be issued.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of the transaction.
• Refunds due to buyer-side errors (wrong wallet provided by user) are at our discretion.
• No refunds after Flash USDT has been successfully delivered to the correct address.

9. Privacy
